Yakiniku in Tsuruhashi

After going to tsutenkaku, we went to eat a little to the Tsuruhashi quarter. It is known by the Koreans' big quantity through that they live and the multitude of shops with Korean typical meal like the kimchi, fiancée's garments, falsified products and the restaurants of Yakiniku. I have already gone one day to restaurants of yakiniku, which as you know are a few restaurants with a grill on a fire in the center of the table in which you put the meat and roast it to your taste.

Between all the types of meat that you can choose we ate enough hormone. This word comes (according to the wikipedia) of the dialect kansai of hourumono 放る物 that it might translate like the remains and the guts, the part that remains of the animal once cuts the meat. In Spain it is known like tripe shop and it is used to do the tripe, sweetbread or stewed language.
